Vilnius, Lithuania - working remote, worldwide
Video editor for gaming and short-form.
Eight YouTube channels I built and cut myself. 7.9 million lifetime views, including one channel I took to 4.4 million. Subtitles for Wenzo, 1.3M subscribers. I do the editing, the subtitles and the thumbnails.
Reel
Sixty seconds, the best cuts.
If you only watch one thing on this page, watch this.
The cut reel goes here. Until it is done, scroll down. Every video below is real, with the view count it actually got.
Selected work
Real uploads, real numbers.
I made every one of these start to finish. Idea, recording, edit, thumbnail, title. No brief and no team. The view counts come straight off YouTube.
Short-form - English, gaming
Long-form - English
The first of these is the video that changed things for me. I put it up on a brand new channel with no audience. Someone on Outcasts SMP found it and put it in front of the rest of the server, one of them messaged me, and I ended up on a call with four of the creators who ran it and then playing on the server with them: Wenzo, ThatChiefGuy, Myles, Astelina and Woocie. Wenzo is the one who later asked me to subtitle for him. One upload did all of that, which is the whole argument for spending real time on a single video.
Long-form - Lithuanian
These are in Lithuanian. The editing and the pacing read the same in any language, and that is the part I am selling.
Client work
Subtitled for Wenzo, 1.3M subscribers.
English subtitling for a UK Minecraft channel. Timing, line breaks, readable at phone size, cut to match the edit instead of fighting it. Subtitling is the fastest thing I do. Burned-in or SRT, whichever you want.
No agency and no job board. My first video on a new channel got picked up by Outcasts SMP, and I ended up on a call with four of the creators running it, Wenzo included, and then on the server. Later he asked in a Discord whether anyone could do subtitles. I said I could, and I did them. Both times the work came to me.
Packaging
Thumbnails I've shipped.
These are all mine, shot and composed. Each one had to win a click against everything else in the feed. The number on each is what that video got.

Eight channels over ten years, all from nothing. Most are Lithuanian and most are finished. I stopped them on purpose: a language with three million speakers runs out of room. That is why everything I make now is in English.
What I do
What you can hire me for.
One of these or all of them.
Editing
Short-form and long-form. Gaming, commentary, entertainment. I cut for retention, so there is no dead air and the first three seconds do their job. DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro.
Subtitling
English and Lithuanian. Styled burned-in captions, or clean SRT and VTT files. Timed and broken properly, big enough to read on a phone, and never sitting on top of whatever you are pointing at.
Thumbnails & titles
The thumbnail and the title are one decision, so I do them together. Built to read at phone size and to win the click against whatever else is in the feed. I have made that call on roughly 2,200 of my own uploads and watched what happened to each one.
Beyond video
I build the tools I need.
When something I need does not exist, I write it. All of these are running.
Off YouTube
A couple of other things.
Neither of these is editing work. They are here because they happened, and because they say something about how I spend my time.
Flintas magazine
A Lithuanian magazine for kids ran a two-page interview about my channel, with my channel name on the front cover. It printed my numbers at the time: 91 videos, 117,000 views, 2,800 subscribers. That same channel has since passed a million views, which is the part I like about having this lying around.
VideoLempa
A company I built for accelerator_x, the Junior Achievement schools entrepreneurship programme: lessons teaching people how to start a YouTube channel, grow an audience and turn it into a business. I sold what I already knew. It won my school's round and went to the national fair in Vilnius in December 2023.
About
An editor who also studies marketing.
I am Ervinas. I have been uploading since 2016, when I was ten. Eight channels later, what I actually know is not the software. It is why people click and why they leave.
I am not good at pitching and I am not planning to get better at it. Everything that has happened to me on YouTube happened because a video was good enough that someone came to me first. A server invite, a subtitling job, an audience.
I am in my second year of Global Marketing at Vilnius University, on a state-funded place. It put some theory under habits I had picked up by guessing. So you get an editor who treats the thumbnail, the title and the first three seconds as one decision.
I work remote, I reply fast, and I would rather send you a test edit than talk about one.
Contact
Send me a video. I'll send back a cut.
Tell me the channel, the format and how fast you need it. If it looks like a fit I will cut something short for free so you can see the work before you decide.
